Here are our accommodation rates. All prices are per night per room ONLY , breakfast available locally, we are happy to offer suggestions.

Check In / arrival  times;   16.00 hours - 20.00 hours ONLY *.

*  As refelcted in the rates ,we have other commitments. So NO  bag drop / keys / parking / arrival . etc etc etc outside of these times - please do not ask as we will say no.  

Check out time;           07.30 - 10.00 hours

On return to this property after 12.30  am ,please ensure on  return you are quiet so as not to disburb or cause nuisance to others, thank you.  

Before booking we will assume that you have read and understand the following;

Full payment is due at time of booking,  non-refundable. This is a quiet family home as such  it needs to be respected. We operate a zero tolerance to abuse, foul language and drunkeness, as such ,  We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour  that causes disturbance or nuisance to us, the property , neighbours  or other guests. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to us or our property by your actions, omission, default or neglect and agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy any such damage or loss.  Please ensure you have suitable travel insurance to cover any cancellation that may be made.
